The installation of the Comac keg filling line for our partner Tuborg has been successfully initiated. This project has been meticulously planned to meet high standards of quality and efficiency in the keg filling industry, leveraging our expertise in industrial automation and process engineering.

The installation process covers all stages of the keg line:

• Process Design and Planning: The line’s capacity, production speed, and automation requirements were thoroughly analyzed to ensure optimal design.

• Machinery and Equipment Selection: High-performance Comac keg filling machines and auxiliary equipment were selected to meet the specific needs of the production line.

• Automation and Control Systems: PLC-based control systems were implemented for fully automated operation, with sensors and actuators optimizing process control.

• Installation and Commissioning: All machines were installed according to the process flow, electrical and mechanical connections completed, and rigorous testing and commissioning performed.

• Training and Technical Support: Operators and maintenance teams received comprehensive training for efficient operation, with technical support available for any potential issues.
